  • Reviewing progress claims to recommend payment values for works complete
  • Review of changes to documentation that may alter the price of the work
  • Price, measure and negotiate variations
  • Assisting close out of final account and other contractual matters

TENDERING

  • Scheduling rates and preparing of bill of quantities
  • Assist in drafting documentation for tendering
  • Manage procurement and provide advice on suitability of subcontractors/suppliers
  • Review tenders against budget and ensure scope and price are achievable

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Project scheduling – defining clear timelines for executing tasks and allocation of resource.
  • Project budget – estimate of expected project costs with input from an experienced Quantity Surveyor, who will assist in monitoring cost of the build as the build progresses.
  • Work breakdown structure – an internal project planning tool that allows us to track all milestones and deliverables in the project scope, identifying priority items.
  • Risk management plan identifying all potential risks and mitigation strategies in place to control.
  • Resource management plan – outlining how resources will be obtained, allocated and managed during the build.
